What are Jumplings? Jumplings are Japanese dumplings or Gyoza (GEE- YO- ZAA). They can be prepared in a number of ways, the best flavour experience is from pan frying them. We are aware that gyoza may not be the easiest word to pronounce, we invite you to call them Jumplings as it is easier to remember.
Jackies Cooking manufactures Jumplings for local Japanese restaurants and catering companies. We are working towards making these dumplings available in supermarkets and grocery stores around Australia. Jackies Cooking is a small family company with huge plans and a can do attitude!
Jackies Cooking is a HACCP certified business.

Working in the west with the best!
|
Some of our Jumplings (Pork and Chicken) is now a member of the Buy west eat best initiative by the department of agriculture and food. As a local manufacturer it is always in our best interest to work with local produce and keep your money in Western Australia.
The other few Jumplings have not made it to the buy west eat best family purely because we have not been able to find a supplier for the main component (generally the meat) in Western Australia. As a small business a decision has been taken to make it more transparent where we purchase our goods so consumers can decide what to purchase. |
